Another Lazy Day

You can tell it's school holidays LOL Last night I decided to stay up until midnight to harvest a crop on FarmVille (Facebook app) because it was for a co-op. I won't be doing that again! DD 1 was awake at 6am and wanting me. DP took her out of the bedroom, not sure why, when he bought her back in she cuddled next to me and went back to sleep! By then DD 4 woke up so DP went out to the living room with her. I dropped back off to sleep and got up at 9.15am with DD 1 to find the other children up and about and DP snoring on his chair. When he made a move I told him if he wanted to go back to bed now was the time... so he did. It's 11.45am and he's still asleep with the door closed.

DD 1 spent much of the morning cuddling me and lifting her top. I think she had a belly ache, and she was making noises like she was going to throw up. I sat with a towel ready LOL The landlord rang to say he had the replacement parts to fix our leaky taps, so I ok'd him coming over. He's not long left. DD 1 got out of my arms at about 11am and seems fine now, though I did give her some Panadol about half an hour before that. DD 16 caught a bus to visit her boyfriend for lunch. DS is now playing the PS2, the 2 little girls are just playing in the living room. I've put on some washing but really want to have a shower, I usually have one first thing in the morning. Oh well, it's a different day, hard when the kids aren't well. I wonder how long DP will sleep for, he usually has about 4-6 hours when he 'naps'. I did some dishes earlier, might get off the computer and do some more before I get the kids lunch. DD 4 just said she is hungry.

Her face is looking a little better, still got the eczema but it should clear up if we avoid 'bad' food.

  1. I'd better update on DD 4's face - it's clearing up. She's had some bad food, but mostly we've been good. At pre-school she only drinks water, I wish I could get her to drink it more at home.
