Sick Day

Yes I was sick today :( Threw up last night a couple of times. But let's start with yesterday.

I was up at 7am with the 2 little girls. DP got up about 9am, sat on the computer for an hour, then went for his 'bathroom routine'. He knew I wanted to go to mum's at about 1pm, he said we'd go out "first thing" then get home by midday. Instead he got out of the bathroom at 11am. We ended up going to a little shopping centre and I dropped him off home at 1pm on the way to mum's. We were going to have a roast for tea, but he sent a message saying "change of plan, we're having hamburgers". Not sure why, I just asked him and the roast is in the fridge. Oh well.

So today DP got up with the DD 4 when she woke up. He had to come and get DD 1 when she woke up. I slept most of the day. At about 11am DP checked in because DD 1 was constantly looking for me - I heard her calling out "mummy, mummy" a few times. The older 2 had made their own way to church. DP said he needed to go to the toilet if I would watch the little ones "for a few minutes". He was in there for just under an hour. I went back to bed at midday feeling like I was going to throw up again. I slept, and when I woke up I felt much better. At some point DP bought a sleeping DD 1 in and put her next to me. She slept about half an hour after I got up at 3pm. I found the original Clash of the Titans was on so watched that until 4pm, then have been on the computer for much of the afternoon. DP has played WoW since I got up. DD 16 cooked tea for everyone, I had toast. DP had told me when he bought DD 1 in that the kitchen was "mostly done" and they were working on the living room. He said it like he was helping, but from past experience it was the kids. They got home shortly after I'd gone back to bed apparently. 12.30ish. The kitchen doesn't look "mostly done", though when I bought that up after tea DP told me all the dishes were from this afternoon - yeah, the 5 of them used 8 mugs I'm sure. There are no small plates, we have about a dozen, and no bowls, we have 7, not including the plastic ones for the little girls. None of those are in the cupboards. So DP gets angry at me and says he did nothing today... more likely he did about 10mins of dishes and played WoW the rest of the day - like he does most days.

I hate being sick... I feel like DP sits on the computer all day while I sleep or sit because I physically can't do anything. When DP is sick he sleeps and sits on the computer all day while I run around trying to do the housework... see a pattern? When I am well I run around doing housework and DP sits on the computer. Man it shits me!
